Kizer Vanguard Towser K Blue Richlite V4593C1

I gave this to my son in-law for Christmas. I took it out of the box and got it broke in for him. I love the cell of this knife and the action is awesome!

Nothing to dislike about this knife. Sweet spot of length and width, action is perfect, and a great functioning blade with a great look. L

The Towser K is one of my favorite knives I own. Like others have mentioned, the action is butter smooth. It's a guillotine, most drop shutty knife in my collection. I love the blue richlite hex scales, it's nice to see something different outside of g10/micarta. Blade has some heft to it, which I welcome.

I fell in love with this knife the moment I saw it. Unfortunately, I missed it when it first came out and was sold out for while. Razor sharp right of the box and buttery smooth action make this a winner. The rich blue color and hex pattern scales are very attractive. The ergonomic handle and useful blade shape makes it able to handle just about anything you can throw at it. It is a welcome addition to my carry rotation.

I’ve had several Kizers for the past 3-4 years and although they been overall good knives they all had some sort of short comings. But I got to admit the Kizer Towser K has elevated my expectations to a very high level…
I have collected well over 100 hundred folding knives of many brands, styles and designs so I have enough experience and developed my own likes and dislikes through it all… And I must say the Towser K has the smoothes action of all my knives. I really love both the deployment and retraction of the knife blade and besides this, the access and comfort of the lock bar makes a big difference in the enjoyment of the knife action. The knife have a very dialed in Detent and all of these features makes this knife an outstanding knife and to topping it all off is the price/value of this knife. This is a must buy for all knife hobbyist!
I hope and wish Kizer make knives with the same action and smoothness as the Kizer Towser K knife!
