My example is a beautiful knife with a perfect detent for front flipper fidgeting -- all without wearing out your fingers.That's amazing. And it has a better grip surface than the micarta version IMHO. Since it's a slender framelock, you do have to be aware of where your fingers are, particularly for "over the top", but it's not a big deal. Premium steel, premium build, sleek & simply elegant -- and highly recommended.

I already owned the micarta version of the Genie. I like the knife so much that I had to get the titanium frame lock version when it went on sale. Same great look, feel and action with titanium and an S35VN blade. It is so good that I am considering buying the carbon fiber version as well.
