Really nice knife.

Just received my titanium Begleiter today and it's really nice. I was surprised by how light it is. It was super sharp right out of the box and it's really easy to both flip it open and disengage the lock. Speaking of sharp, it's also a "sharp" looking knife. It's really attractive.

One thing I noticed: It seems (at least for the drop point version) that the knife has been upgraded. The cutout on the frame lock now only has one step on the sides instead of 3 like in the picture on this page. Another difference is there's no torx opening on the show side of the pivot screw, before there was torx opening on both sides of it. I know on the older version the pivot was free spinning and that's not ideal. While I haven't taken the knife apart, I gotta assume by there only being torx openings on one side that the pivot is probably no longer free spinning. That's a phenomenal upgrade, so it's good to see.

In summary, this knife is awesome. I highly recommend it.
