The Cormorant is easily the most fidget-friendly in my collection. I haven't been able to put it down since I got it! The button lock mechanism is very smooth and it is easy to deploy this knife many different ways. In my experience, this particular locking mechanism design is unique and works better than anything else I've tried. It doesn't seem prone to wear or lockstick, and it doesn't get dirty easily because all the action happens internally. The micarta on this version looks and feels great. The Cormorant's action reminds me of the Kizer Hic-Cup, which I also own, but I prefer the blade shape and deployment options on the Cormorant. The front and rear flipper tabs were really well done. They don't protrude like many other flippers do, yet you still have plenty of leverage. Probably the only change I'd love to see: an XL (3.5" inch) version in this green micarta!
