Great knife with ridiculous action, sharp outta the box. Only thing I would've liked to have seen being the blue scaled version with black hardware would be a black coated blade.
Been eyeballing the Towser K for awhile and when the red micarta (my favorite) went on sale, I pushed the buy it button. Glad I did. Typical Kiser quality and function. Detent is a little stiff, but it is breaking in gradually. Very sharp and sharp looking. Great deal!
Heavy Duty, Very Comfortable, Good Looking, Works Well
The knife right out of the box has an extremely good factory edge, even bevel on both sides, sharpest factory edge I've seen. The 154CM blade steel holds an edge (I've not touched it yet) very well with no noticable edge degradation, in spite of using it daily. The fit and finish is the best I've seen and the blade action is butter smooth with the slickest liner lock closure I've seen. The double row roller bearings are amazing and make the operation the best I've seen. Overall, it gets a 10 out of 10 in all categories.
The build quality and action are just a level above everything I've bought so far. This is my first Kizer knife and I am extremely impressed.
Both knives came pristine. Action equal. Bought a 3rd for my dad same awesome deal and awesome knives.
It’s a great small knife for day to day tasks
Good knife with nice smooth action and a somewhat firm opening resistance. Button lock is great and scales are nice color and texture. Blade is sharp out of the box. I like the size and carry as well as the blade shape. It's got a nice grind and point. Very happy with this knife and wouldn't hesitate to get another.
Monolithic G-10 handle removes virtually all possible connections that could loosen up and degrade knife functioning. Fit is excellent and tight and maintaining blade alignment under rigorous use. 154CM blade steel is upper tier and has very good edge retention. Factory edge was very good but it didn't take too much time and effort to put a hair- splitting edge on it. Price wasn't excessive for the quality materials used, the design that removed the irritating little things such as difficult to open in a hurry (flipper is very smooth) and asthetically pleasing to boot.
